Quality customer service is centre-stage at the Carnegie School of Home Economics (CSHE). Our Support Staff Members were recently engaged in an interactive Customer Service Training to boost the institution’s Customer Care Service. CSHE has invested in training its staff shows our employees that we care about continual development and progress of the team and the institution as a whole.

This training will allow these staff to greater understand the impact their role has on the organization and to become more efficient and better equipped to deal effectively with customers.
